We pay special emphasis on sports and PE as this provides the students with a positive learning environment where each student is given the opportunity to feel empowered through fitness and sports. Activities are centred on skill development, lifetime fitness concepts team building and cooperative learning.

Key elements in PE for the students of grade KG to 4 include learning important loco motor skills like throwing, catching, kicking and building important teamwork skills.

Students of grade 5 to 8 focus on developing a greater understanding of strategy and rules of popular sports and games like Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, Football and Cricket, setting personal fitness goals and participating in fitness testing.

High school PE programme promotes physical activity as it impacts sports fitness and overall health and also provides experience that develop sport skills and sportsmanship. They learn individual responsibility and effective group membership skills and develop an appreciation of the rules of the Sports. Electives such as boxing and yoga enhance our physical education programme.
